Today, we take a journey to the real world and explore the lives of two of the creators of Elden Ring, Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R. R. Martin.

Miyazaki grew up in a poor family, wasn't allowed to play video games, and did a career change at the age of 29 to become one of the most beloved video game creators of all time.  You might have heard of the Dark Souls games.

Martin also grew up in a poor family but believed he was destined for greater things.  A writer since childhood, he would go on to write many beloved novels like Fevre Dream and A Song of Ice and Fire as well as writing for television with shows like Beauty and the Beast and Game of Thrones.
